Three honest answers, at a real counter
Tilow connects you with independent repair businesses near you. Each one is a local business with its own name, prices and counter, working to one Tilow standard for grading and warranty.
Fix it
Pick your phone and what is wrong, and you see the repairer's price before you go. Book a time that suits you. You pay at the counter when it is done. If a part has to be ordered in, the booking shows you the first day it can be done.
Sell it
Tell us the phone, its storage and its condition for an instant offer. Book a time to bring it in. The repairer tests it, confirms the price and pays you. Second-hand dealer laws mean we check ID: you verify with Stripe Identity, and Stripe holds your documents, not us.
Upgrade it
Tell us the phone you have. We take its trade-in value off every refurbished phone, so the price you see is the price you pay. Reserve the one you want, and collect it at the counter, where a person moves your data across.
Your passcode, if the repair needs it
If the technician needs your passcode to test the repair, it is stored encrypted for the job only, and deleted automatically once the job is finished.
