At least 12 months' warranty
Every refurbished phone sold through Tilow carries at least 12 months' warranty. It is a network rule, built into the software: a phone with less cannot be listed.
Who honours it
The repairer who sells you the phone. They are the seller, their name and ABN are on your receipt, and you go back to them if something is wrong. The listing shows the exact warranty for that phone, which can be longer than 12 months.
What it covers
The repairer's warranty terms set out exactly what is covered and how to claim. They are given to you when you collect, and you can ask to see them before you reserve.
Your rights under Australian Consumer Law
The warranty is on top of your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, not instead of them. Those guarantees cannot be excluded.
Repairs
Repairs carry the repairer's own warranty on the parts and work. Ask at the counter, or see it on your invoice.
What if my phone develops a fault?
Contact the repairer who sold it to you, with your receipt. They will assess it under their warranty terms and the Australian Consumer Law.
Does moving my data void the warranty?
No. Setting up your phone and moving your data across is part of collecting it.
