About Tilow
tilow.com.au is operated by What is Next Pty Ltd. Tilow connects you with independent repair businesses. Each repair, purchase, sale or trade-in you book is an agreement between you and that repairer, who is responsible for the work, the goods and the price.
Prices and offers
Prices and offers on the site are set by the repairer and are shown in good faith. A repair price is confirmed when the repairer sees your device. A sale or trade-in offer is confirmed after your device is tested at the counter, and is valid for 14 days.
Reservations
Reserving a phone holds it for you at the repairer's counter. You pay when you collect it. The repairer may release a reservation you do not collect.
Warranty and your rights
Every refurbished phone sold through Tilow carries at least 12 months' warranty from the repairer who sells it. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Using the site
Please use the site only to find, book and buy for yourself or your business. Do not try to access information that is not yours, or interfere with the site.
